BRINGING WELLNESS TO MASSES
THROUGH TRAINING AND ADVOCACY

WELLNESS ADVOCACY

ACTION is our style of advocacy.

EDUCATION AND ACCESS

We provide free training in authentic yoga & meditation and access to wellness resources.

POLICY AND INTEGRATION

Sustainable collaboration is the key. It requires the foundation of clear understanding that is based on personal experience. MWI has conducted several workshops for administrative staff and officers. We are acknowledged and supported by many government agencies and the office of the governor Charles Baker.

IMPACT

Not just lack of disease but SPIRITED MINDS & ABLE HANDS building a better future for all..

TRANSFORMATION

All our programs and projects are designed with “transformation” as the main goal. We have transformed high-stress environments and situations into opportunities for growth and happiness.

ALL-ROUND SOCIAL WELFARE

Wellness includes mental, emotional and physical fitness. While there are several resources available for physical fitness, resources for mental and emotional fitness are not easily accessible. We identify the need and provide support for all-round social welfare.

Testimonials

Wellness practices like yoga, meditation and food as medicine are thousands of years old, proven techniques to achieve optimum health. Integration of wellness into modern lifestyle is inevitable. MWI has done a great job recognizing this need and paving a path for it.

Dr. H. R. Nagendra, President, SVYASA

MWI is one of a kind network of wellness professionals. I have been associated with the organization for the past three years. What I learn here is helpful for my business in many ways. Thank you!

Sneh Jaisingh, MS Nutritionist and Life Coach

There is more need for the kind of support that yoga and meditation provide than we can imagine. I am grateful for the work that MWI is doing by bringing together experts and all the people that care about wellness.
