Thousands of MA residents participate each year in the International Day of Yoga celebration through the week. During the MYMW we host free workshops, lectures, discussions and demonstrations with experts from traditions from around the world. Check out calendar for details on events throughout the state. Participate in our annual wellness challenge to experience a yogic lifestyle for a week. The annual wellness challenge is a yoga, meditation and nutrition program designed and supervised by experts.
